Refund Policy
FlightPlan Pro · Effective 27 July 2026
In short
Every account gets 60 days of full access before paying anything. If you then buy a pass and change your mind, you have 14 days to ask for a full refund, for any reason. Passes never auto-renew, so there is nothing running in the background to cancel.
This policy covers passes bought for FlightPlan Pro, published by Omar Sameh. It applies to purchases made through the app’s own payment page, which is processed by Kashier.
1. The free trial comes first
You do not have to pay to evaluate FlightPlan Pro. Every new account gets 60 days of full access — every feature, no card, nothing to cancel. Use it. This policy only becomes relevant once you have chosen to buy a pass.
2. Full refund within 14 days
Within 14 days of buying a pass you can ask for a full refund, for any reason. You do not need to justify it, and using the app during that period does not forfeit it.
The 14 days run from the moment the payment succeeds, not from when you first open the app.
When a refund is issued, the pass ends and your account returns to whatever access it had before — usually none. Your plans, routes and charts are not deleted; they stay in your account exactly as you left them.
3. Always refunded, whatever the date
Three things are put right regardless of how long ago they happened:
Duplicate charges. If you were billed twice for the same pass, the extra charge is refunded in full.
Paid, but no access granted. If a payment succeeded and your account did not receive the pass, we either fix the access or refund you — your choice.
Charges you did not make. If a pass was bought on your account without your authorisation, tell us and we will refund it and help you secure the account.
4. After 14 days
Once the 14 days have passed, a pass is not refundable, and we do not refund the unused part of a pass that is running.
There is nothing to cancel. A pass is a one-time purchase for a fixed number of days — 30 or 365 — and it expires on its own. It will never bill you again, and no action is needed from you to stop it. If you simply do not want to continue, do not buy another pass.
5. How to ask
Email omarsameh456@gmail.com, or use our contact form if you would rather not send mail. Either route reaches the same person.
Please include:
— the email address registered to your FlightPlan Pro account
— roughly when you bought the pass, and which one (monthly or annual)
— the Kashier order reference, if you still have the receipt. It helps, but we can find the order without it.
You do not need to be able to sign in to request a refund.
6. How long it takes
We reply to refund requests within 2 business days and, where the refund is due, submit it to Kashier at the same time.
After that the timing is your bank’s, not ours. The money returns to the card you paid with, and card issuers typically post it within a few business days — occasionally up to two weeks. If it has not appeared after fourteen days, contact us and we will send you the processor’s confirmation so you can take it to your bank.
7. Bought somewhere other than the app
If you ever buy FlightPlan Pro through an app store rather than the app’s own payment page, that store’s refund rules apply to the purchase and you must request the refund from them — we cannot refund a payment we did not receive. At the time of writing, passes are sold only through the app’s own payment page.
8. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the consumer protection law that applies to you. Where that law gives you a stronger remedy than this policy does, that law wins.
9. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the day you bought the pass. The effective date is at the top of this page.
